Can we choose a song for our First Dance?Definitely. We will happily learn your First Dance song at no extra cost!

Can we come and see you perform before we book?Absolutely! We have weekly residencies at various music venues throughout London. Please get in touch to find out exactly where and when we’re playing next.

Can I choose the setlist?We live and breathe music and we have our list of songs that are guaranteed to get the crowd going. We do have a vast repertoire, so the set can be tailored to your needs if required. Let us know if there are any songs on the playlist you’d like to add or take out.

How long do you play for?The Party Bands standard is 2 x 60 minute sets for weddings, and 60/90 minutes straight through for corporate events. The Acoustic Band sets may vary depending on the requirements. The band can play for longer if required, at an extra cost.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance and is your equipment PAT tested?Definitely! Goldn Global have public liability insurance and all our gear is PAT tested. Documentation to prove this is available on request.

What happens if one of the singers or band members I request cannot attend due to any external event or circumstance?Goldn Global’s standards for singers & musicians are very high. We carefully hand-pick only the best for your event and have a roster of trusted “dep” singers & musicians who are professional and ready to go!

Do you require a stage?Any lineups larger than a 5 piece will require staging where possible. We have trusted suppliers and can help you find the best deal.

Do I need to book the sound system and lights?Sound system + Engineer are included in the price and lighting can be added for a small additional fee.

Do you require a deposit to book?There is a 25% booking fee which must be paid within 7 days of agreeing the booking. The booking fee is non-refundable.

What happens if my event gets cancelled?In regular circumstances cancellation by the client or the artist is not allowed once the booking is agreed verbally or electronically by both parties, except where Force Majeure applies. Where Force Majeure does not apply, a cancellation fee must be paid by the client. If your event has been cancelled or postponed due to Covid we are happy to reschedule your date at no extra cost where available.
